Hours? - The office is open Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Dispatch is open 24 Hours.
Can I pick my car up after hours? - Yes. You must call 30-40 minutes in advance to have someone meet you at the lot and there is an additional $95.00 (plus tax) gate fee due at that time.
What do I need to pick up my car? - Vehicles are released to the legal or registered owner with state or government issued photo identification. If you are not the registered owner you will need the title in hand. Questions regarding other circumstances you would need to call or come into the office, and those would be approved on a per instance basis.
What if my paperwork and/or ID is in the car? - Once you arrive will will send someone out to your vehicle to retrieve the necessary documents.
What types of payment do we accept? - Cash, Visa, Master Card, & Discover
Why do I need to file a report of sale on a vehicle I sold? - When you sell a vehicle Washington state law requires you to file a report of sale within 5 business days. Filing the report of sale will release your liability in the event that the purchaser does not register the vehicle in their name.
